working in 5 or 6 shifts?
A FRIENDLY PERMANENT SHIFT SYSTEM
Whereas other companies offer a permanent shift system where you work on 7 consecutive days, the maximum number of consecutive days at Unilin is 5. With 2 in 5 there’s also a sound balance in terms of working weekends. Moreover, the favourable succession of shifts ensures you get sufficient recovery time between changing shifts. You know your work planning for the whole year, making it easy to organise your private life.
LESS COMMUTING TIME
As you work two 12-hour shifts at the weekend you spend less time getting to and from work. A five- or six-shift system has fewer work days than any other shift system. That means a lot of additional leisure time to spend on your family, your hobbies, working around the house or on your sideline.
AN ATTRACTIVE SALARY
Working less should translate into lower wages? Not at all. The extra flexibility we ask for is generously compensated by an attractive salary.
